Foundry
Blue Light foundry produces sand cast products for diverse industrial applications which include components in cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high chrome steel as well as copper and aluminum alloys.
Heat Treatment
Blue Light's is equipped with CNC-controlled Induction Hardening machines for accurate and controlled Heat Treatment. Stress Relieving, Annealing, Tempering, Carburizing and Liquid Nitriding are carried out in PID controlled furnaces.
Electroplating
Blue Light has a specialized electroplating facility in the UAE offering a wide variety of plating solutions. The services provided include Nickel plating, Electroless Nickel, Sulfamate Nickel, Copper, Zinc and In-situ plating.
